Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us promptly at yujiang@yujexa.com. Include your order reference, a description of the issue, photographs or videos, and relevant delivery documents. Please retain the goods and packaging for inspection.

Returns and Replacements
We will review the issue against the agreed order specifications and discuss an appropriate solution, which may include a return, replacement, repair or partial or full refund. Please contact us before sending goods back so that we can confirm the return address and shipping arrangements.

Change-of-Mind Returns and Custom Orders
